I don't know about you, but I really love networking. Everything about it is fun for me... getting dressed up, bringing a stack of business cards, introducing myself to new people, and collecting cards from other people. In the past, I've asked people if they want to join my list when I first meet them, and then I make a note on their card to say that I can add them to my list. Or I've followed up with new people one-by-one, and taken the time to add them to my mailing list and email lists. I'll admit... the follow-up can be a lot of work. Which is why I'm excited to start using a digital business card. Now, I can text the card to someone and they can immediately call, text or email me. They can click on a button and see my website or my social media pages. And they can join the list without any extra work on my part.
